I'm actually not to fussed with a backlog of Gamepass and other games, probably getting my moneys worth gawping at the train wreck of forums and complete disconnect between support staff and anyone able to actually improve anything, all proudly up in public. I've been chasing a non-working game for a few months now, watching others with the same problem give up. EA support is that worst sort, completely impotent and running you round in circles until you give up and go away, and doesn't reflect well on the Microsoft customers who paid their money. I certainly wouldn't be writing EA any cheques in their position, given they are not delivering the service to an acceptable standard, and possibly worth even demanding compensation. Yes, it reflects badly on Microsoft and their brand.

It has been 6 months and the EA Desktop (beta) app still has trouble just installing games.
